Psalms 11, The Lord tests the righteous; but the wicked and he who loveth violence His soul hateth..
This sobering verse is a warning to us all. For those who are not familiar with the language or the doctrines of the Bible I would like to paraphrase it. God is willing to test, warn and chastise us to remove our love of violence and evil. However those who do not turn from it He will severely judge. What God is talking about here are those who view blood, suffering and brutality as entertainment. He is not talking about acquiring and dressing food. Or those who physically defend others from violence. In my study of scriptures I have found nothing that angers God more or brings His judgement quicker than those who take pleasure in the suffering of others.
Proverbs 4, Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men. For they eat the bread of wickedness and drink the wine of violence. Their way is darkness..They can not sleep unless they do mischief..
The Bible teaches the punishment for sin is not immediate. God gives those He warns space to repent. People too often view this delay as unconcern on God's part. If you take pleasure in the sight and sound of the blood and suffering of any of God's creatures. CONSIDER YOURSELF DULY WARNED !!!
